Vice President of Operations Responsibilities of the Vice President of Operations: The Vice President of Operations is responsible for strategic management of Shared Services, Strategic Human Resources, and contractual affairs. Responsible for daily oversight of the Employee of Record Services team and to ensure employees are processed timely and accurately. Responsible for the overseeing strategy and policy decisions for both the corporate and Employee of Record associate populations. Responsible for reviewing service agreements of service providers who are partners to and assisting senior management in the development of customer agreements. This role will be responsible for project managing the negotiation process and ensuring timely and accurate input from all internal and external stakeholders.
